Sean P. McCarthy

Sean is the Director of Marketing and Human Resources at Gutwein Law, overseeing the development and implementation of the firm’s brand and marketing strategies. But his role goes beyond marketing at a macro level. He works closely with attorneys across each of Gutwein Law’s practice areas, supporting their individual business development efforts and tailoring marketing initiatives to help grow their practices.

In addition to his marketing responsibilities, Sean plays a key role in leading the firm’s Human Resources function. He manages the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process from start to finish, helping to identify and integrate talent that aligns with the firm’s values and long-term vision. Sean is also actively involved in the training and development of team members, working to support professional growth at every stage. Beyond day-to-day operations, he helps shape the firm’s benefits offerings and champions cultural initiatives that foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing workplace.
