Cassidy Laux is a commercial litigator at Gutwein Law with a strong background in courtroom advocacy. He is passionate about representing clients and working diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes on their behalf. He was drawn to Gutwein Law’s unique combination of full-service capabilities and its close-knit, collaborative culture.
Prior to joining Gutwein Law, he served at the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office, where he founded and led the Major Crime Unit as Division Chief. During his tenure, he completed 51 jury trials, gaining extensive courtroom experience and a reputation for effective advocacy.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three young children, staying active through sports and outdoor activities, and traveling with his family.
