Enjoys

An attorney practicing in the areas of litigation and employment law, Kelsey assists employers and businesses with their various legal needs -- from offering general legal advice to helping them navigate complex legal disputes through the litigation process.

Prior to joining Gutwein Law, Kelsey worked in Fort Wayne where she practiced in general civil litigation and municipal law. Specifically, Kelsey brings experience in advising businesses in a variety of employment and commercial matters such as wage disputes, retaliation and discrimination investigations, harassment investigations, shareholder disputes, and breach of contract matters (including non-compete agreements).

Kelsey received her B.A. with high distinction from Indiana University where she studied criminal justice and psychology. She then went on to complete her J.D. in 2022 from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Kelsey held internships at a personal injury litigation firm and the Attorney General’s Office, and served as the Executive Business Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, trying new restaurants and breweries, and watching IU sports.
