FBi Buildings, Inc.: Innovative post frame buildings since 1958



Since its founding in 1958 by Edwin Bahler, FBi Buildings has designed and built over 30,000 post-frame metal buildings. FBi’s primary markets are agriculture, light commercial, light industrial, equine, and suburban markets throughout the Midwest. FBi remains family-owned and operated by the Bahler family. In 2003, FBi created a separate division concentrated on building churches known as Aspen Group.



FBi has hired Gutwein Law as outside general counsel and among other things to:

  • Create, review, and update corporation governing documents including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Buy-Sell Agreements, shareholder and Board of Director meetings
  • Succession Planning and implementation
  • Lease review and negotiation
  • Register and maintain FBi’s trademark portfolio
  • Represent FBi in collection matters and contract disputes
