Property Tax
Property taxes are a primary source of revenue for many local and state governments. We recognize that each client’s property tax situation is unique and requires a customized strategy to meet each client’s goals. We represent a variety of clients, including the representation of apartments, non-profit organizations, and commercial property owners, with their property taxation needs. This includes handling real property and business personal property assessment appeals before the county assessment boards and the Indiana Board of Tax Review as well as claiming both full and partial property tax exemptions.
Alcohol and Gaming Permits
