Enjoys

As a business law attorney at Gutwein Law, Audrey spends most of her time and energy helping start-ups and other small businesses grow. Her work encompasses assisting organizations with entity formation, contract negotiations, fundraising, and other general corporate matters. Audrey also uses her experience in a past role as in-house counsel at an intellectual property management company to advise clients on protecting, licensing, and building their intellectual property.

The reasons she loves working at Gutwein Law? Audrey enjoys helping new companies establish a firm foundation from which to grow. Additionally, she appreciates the diverse practice areas at the firm, which ensures clients are receiving well-rounded advice in all aspects of their business endeavors, and also provides everyone at the firm the opportunity to continue expanding their legal skills.

Audrey graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University before receiving her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H McKinney School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music and attending concerts, and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
