Duffie A. Ascher

Duffie works as a paralegal in Gutwein Law’s litigation and middle market practice areas, using her extensive and diverse experience to help clients achieve their goals. She enjoys the challenges of working in the ever-adapting legal environment, while also helping clients navigate the complexities of various legal processes.

Prior to joining Gutwein Law, Duffie spent 13 years a Paralegal Specialist in the U.S. Army where she worked in family law, estate planning, criminal prosecution, and international law.

Outside of the office, Duffie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, son, Ryan, and two dogs, Abby and Cooper. Duffie enjoys going on family outings to the zoo, Children's Museum, and nature preserve.

Duffie volunteers with her local Human Society's Mutt's Morning Out event, where adoptable dogs are taken by volunteers for an adventure around the surrounding community in the hopes of finding their forever home.
