Adam Zacher is an accomplished business litigation attorney. He is adept at understanding the balance between legal risks, business interests, and growth, and excels at problem-solving to provide clients with the best possible long-term solutions.
Specifically, Adam has extensive experience in helping clients resolve supply chain disputes, general breach of contract matters, asbestos claims, real estate litigation, and construction cases.
A native of Fort Wayne, Adam received his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with concentrations in finance, operations, and supply chain management, and a minor in mathematics. He is a proud graduate of Canterbury School in Fort Wayne.
Prior to attending law school, Adam worked as a financial analyst for Zimmer Holdings. Adam graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During his time in law school, he clerked for Symmetry Medical Inc., working directly for the general counsel on contracts, intellectual property, and related business matters.
Prior to joining Gutwein Law, Adam worked for six and a half years at two national law firms where he practiced complex business litigation.
Adam is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
He is an active board member and supporter of the National Junior Tennis League of Indianapolis and a committee member for the Indiana State Bar Association's Committee to Prevent the Unlicensed Practice of Law.
Adam has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star four times ('21, '22, '23, and '24), an Indiana Best Lawyers Ones to Watch three times ('22, '23, and '24), and was named an American Bar Association Pro Bono Leader in 2023.
