As a member of Gutwein Law's litigation team, Rachel loves the excitement and adversarial competition that goes along with her work. She believes Gutwein Law's blend of practice areas and size allow us to connect with our clients in a unique way.
While in law school, Rachel worked with Justice David at the Indiana Supreme Court, as well as gained valuable court room experience at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in the major felony courts.
She was a consistent participant in the Moot Court Competition where she was named to the Order of the Barristers and received the Mitzi H. Martin Moot Court Winning Team award and the Christopher M. Maine Advocacy Award for being the top advocate in the Barrister Tournament Final round argued at the Indiana Supreme Court.
In 2020, Rachel represented Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law at the American Bar Association's National Appellate Advocacy Competition where she was a Regional Finalist for the Boston Competition.
Outside of the office, Rachel stays active as an avid golfer and "Peloton-er." She also likes spending time with her two Australian Shepherds either playing at the dog park or walking along the Monon Trail.
