As an attorney at Gutwein Law, Patrick focuses on helping clients navigate complex real estate transactions using his first-hand experience. Before attending law school, Patrick worked in commercial real estate valuation and development finance for three years, allowing him to bring valuable, real-world perspective to every client interaction.

Patrick received his undergraduate degree in Business Economics & Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business before later attending IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he was named to the Order of Barristers and graduated Cum Laude. Additionally, while in law school, Patrick was a summer associate at Gutwein Law. He believes the firm's wide range of practice areas is necessary and valuable in helping clients accomplish their business goals.

Outside of the firm, Patrick enjoys staying active, whether that's with weightlifting, biking, or running. He also enjoys traveling, spending time with his friends and family, and cheering on his alma mater, Indiana University, in all sports – but especially basketball.
