Kelly is an intellectual property attorney specializing in patent preparation and prosecution. She helps our clients identify and protect their intellectual property in various fields of technology, including machinery and software. Her prior experience as a software developer gives Kelly a unique insight into the technical aspect of her role. Kelly enjoys helping independent inventors and start-up companies protect their ideas using intellectual property.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from DePauw University before attending DePaul University College of Law. She is a registered patent attorney and admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, reading, and running.
