As a key member of the litigation team, Kaylin Cook brings years of experience with collections and creditors rights.
Prior to joining Gutwein Law, Kaylin held clerkships with two different bankruptcy judges in the South, which exposed her to the inner workings of chambers and allowed her to explore different areas of the law, all while building her deep legal analysis skills. She now uses these tools to provide top-notch legal services to her clients in a holistic, efficient way.
Kaylin attended the University of Kentucky, where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English before obtaining her JD from the University of Alabama Law School.
Outside of the firm, Kaylin enjoys horseback riding, traveling, taking her boxer and dachshund to the park, and spending time with her loved ones.
